Important Legal Provisions

  • Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use ASTRID independently.
  • Geographic Restrictions: ASTRID is not available in sanctioned countries or where prohibited by law.
  • Arbitration Agreement: Section 12 contains a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver. You may opt out within 30 days of first use.
  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited as described in Section 10.
  • Privacy: We do not sell your personal health information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AstroDoc, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of ASTRID, available through our website at www.myastrid.ai, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or clicking "I Accept," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

1.2 Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes affecting your rights:
  • We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email or prominent notice within the Services
  • The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised
  • Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance
If you disagree with any modifications, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Services.
ASTRID is designed for adult users only. We do not knowingly provide Services to, or collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 18.
Minors (Under 18): The Services may be used by individuals under 18 only with the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who:
  • Is at least 18 years of age
  • Has created their own account in their own name
  • Accepts these Terms and assumes full responsibility for the minor's use
  • Remains present during the minor's use of the Services
  • Understands that ASTRID is not designed for pediatric health guidance and should not be relied upon for children's health matters
Parental Responsibility: Parents and legal guardians who permit minors to use ASTRID assume all liability for the minor's use of the Services. We strongly recommend that parents consult qualified pediatric healthcare providers for any health concerns regarding their children.
Age Verification: We reserve the right to request verification of age at any time. If we discover that a user is under 18 and using the Services without proper parental supervision, we will terminate the account and delete all associated data.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility and Restrictions

Sanctioned Countries and Prohibited Jurisdictions:
ASTRID is operated by AstroDoc, Inc., a company incorporated in the United States. In compliance with U.S. law, including regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the Services are NOT available to users located in, or who are residents or nationals of, the following countries or regions:
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea)
  • Syria
  • The Crimea, Donetsk People's Republic, and Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine
  • Any other country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions as updated by OFAC
Additionally, the Services are not available in:
  • Any jurisdiction where the provision of health information services is prohibited by local law
  • Any jurisdiction where we have determined, in our sole discretion, that we cannot comply with local regulatory requirements
Your Representation: By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
  • You are not located in, and are not a resident or national of, any sanctioned country or prohibited jurisdiction
  • You are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals List
  • You will not access the Services using any technology designed to circumvent geographic restrictions (such as VPNs) if you are located in a prohibited jurisdiction
  • Your use of the Services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
Consequences of Violation: If we determine that you have accessed the Services from a prohibited jurisdiction or in violation of any sanctions, we will immediately terminate your account, delete your data, and may report the violation to relevant authorities.

2.3 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately at support@astrodoc.com of any unauthorized access

2.4 Account Restrictions

You may not:
  • Create an account if we have previously terminated your access
  • Use a false identity or impersonate another person
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Create an account if you are under 18 years of age
  • Create an account if you are located in a sanctioned or prohibited jurisdiction

3. Description of Services

3.1 What ASTRID Provides

ASTRID is an artificial intelligence-powered health information assistant that:
  • Provides general health and wellness information
  • Helps you understand health topics and medical terminology
  • Assists you in preparing questions for healthcare provider visits
  • Offers educational content about health conditions, treatments, and wellness

3.2 Free Service with Advertising

ASTRID is provided free of charge. To support the Services, we display contextual advertisements within the ASTRID platform based on general health topics you explore.
Important Advertising Clarifications:
  • We share only aggregated, de-identified usage and topic data with advertising partners
  • We NEVER share your personal information, individual health queries, or identifiable data with advertisers
  • Advertisements appear only within ASTRID, not on external platforms based on your ASTRID usage
  • Advertisements are subject to our Advertising Policy and applicable local regulations regarding health-related advertising

3.3 Service Availability

  • The Services are designed to be accessible globally, except in prohibited jurisdictions as described in Section 2.2
  • Availability and functionality may vary by jurisdiction
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time
  • We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction for legal, regulatory, or business reasons

4. Critical Medical Disclaimers

4.1 ASTRID IS NOT MEDICAL CARE

CRITICAL NOTICE — READ CAREFULLY:
ASTRID IS NOT A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. The Services:
  • Do NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Do NOT create a doctor-patient or any healthcare provider relationship
  • Do NOT replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals
  • CANNOT perform physical examinations or order diagnostic tests
  • CANNOT prescribe medications or treatments
  • CANNOT access your complete medical history or health records

4.2 AI Limitations and Potential Inaccuracies

ASTRID MAY PRODUCE INACCURATE INFORMATION. Artificial intelligence technology has inherent limitations:
  • Responses may contain errors, outdated information, or be misleading
  • AI can generate false information presented as fact ("hallucinations")
  • Information may not apply to your specific medical circumstances
  • AI cannot interpret emotional, cultural, or individual health factors
  • Medical knowledge evolves; AI training data has temporal limitations

4.3 Mandatory Healthcare Provider Consultation

YOU MUST ALWAYS CONSULT QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS.
By using ASTRID, you agree to:
  • Verify ALL information from ASTRID with licensed medical professionals before making any health decisions
  • Maintain an established relationship with appropriate healthcare providers
  • Never delay seeking professional medical care based on ASTRID's information
  • Never use ASTRID as your sole source of health information
  • Never make significant health decisions based solely on ASTRID's responses

5. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

5.1 AI-Generated Content

ASTRID uses artificial intelligence, including large language models and proprietary technology developed by AstroDoc and its service partners, to generate responses. You acknowledge that:
  • All ASTRID responses are generated by AI, not human healthcare professionals
  • AI systems process your questions to generate contextually relevant information
  • Responses are based on patterns in training data, not individualized medical assessment
  • The AI does not have access to your actual medical records unless you provide them

5.2 Training Data and Your Privacy

  • Our AI models are trained on medical literature, publicly available health information, and licensed datasets
  • We do NOT use your personal conversations to train our AI models
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve service quality and safety
  • See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling

5.3 No Automated Medical Decisions

ASTRID does not make medical decisions on your behalf. The Services:
  • Provide information only, not recommendations for specific medical actions
  • Cannot assess the severity or urgency of your medical situation
  • Cannot determine whether you need emergency, specialist, or routine care
  • Leave all health decisions solely to you and your healthcare providers

5.4 Regional AI Transparency Requirements

European Union (EU AI Act): ASTRID is classified as a limited-risk AI system under the EU AI Act. In compliance with Article 50 transparency obligations, we disclose that all ASTRID responses are AI-generated.
Other Jurisdictions: We comply with applicable AI transparency and disclosure requirements in all jurisdictions where the Services are available.

6. Restricted Uses

6.1 Prohibited Situations

You must NOT use ASTRID for:
Medical Emergencies:
  • Any situation requiring immediate medical attention
  • Chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or trauma
  • Loss of consciousness or altered mental status
  • Suspected stroke, heart attack, or severe allergic reaction
  • Injuries requiring emergency care
Mental Health Emergencies:
  • Current thoughts or intentions of suicide or self-harm
  • Current thoughts or intentions of harming others
  • Psychiatric emergencies or mental health crises
  • Acute psychotic episodes or severe dissociation
Pregnancy-Related Emergencies:
  • Labor and delivery questions
  • Pregnancy complications or concerning symptoms
  • Bleeding during pregnancy
  • Reduced fetal movement
Pediatric Health (Users Under 18):
  • ASTRID is not designed for pediatric health guidance
  • Do not rely on ASTRID for children's health matters
  • Always consult qualified pediatric healthcare providers for children's health concerns
Complex Medical Conditions:
  • Managing cancer, oncology care, or chemotherapy
  • Complex cardiovascular conditions
  • Neurological disorders requiring specialist oversight
  • Autoimmune diseases or rare genetic disorders
  • Conditions requiring ongoing specialist care

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access source code
  • Circumvent security measures or technological protections
  • Circumvent geographic restrictions if you are in a prohibited jurisdiction
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Use the Services for illegal activities
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Misrepresent your age, identity, or location
  • Use ASTRID output to train competing AI models
  • Exploit the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Access the Services from sanctioned countries or prohibited jurisdictions
  • Use the Services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

6.3 Automatic Safety Interventions

The Services may automatically:
  • Detect potential emergency situations and display crisis resources
  • Terminate conversations involving prohibited uses
  • Redirect you to appropriate emergency services
  • Limit or suspend access for Terms violations
  • Block access from prohibited jurisdictions

7. Your Content and License Grant

7.1 Your Content

When you use ASTRID, you may provide health questions, information, and other content ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content.
You represent and warrant that:
  • You have the right to provide Your Content
  • Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • You have obtained necessary consents to share health information about others
  • Your Content does not originate from a sanctioned country or prohibited jurisdiction

7.2 License to Your Content

By providing Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:
  • Process Your Content to provide the Services
  • Store Your Content to enable conversation continuity and personalization
  • Use anonymized, aggregated derivatives to improve service quality
This license terminates when you delete your account, except for:
  • Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
  • Data we are required to retain by law
  • Data in archived backups (deleted within 90 days)

7.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas ("Feedback"), you grant us an unrestricted license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback without compensation or attribution.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Ownership

The Services, including all content, features, software, algorithms, designs, and intellectual property, are owned by AstroDoc, Inc. and/or our licensors. This includes:
  • The ASTRID name, logo, and branding
  • All text, graphics, and visual elements
  • Software, source code, and underlying technology
  • AI models and training methodologies

8.2 Limited License to You

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8.3 Copyright Concerns

If you believe material on ASTRID infringes your copyright, send notice to legal@astrodoc.com including:
  1. Identification of the copyrighted work
  2. Location of the allegedly infringing material
  3. Your contact information
  4. A statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized
  5. A statement that your information is accurate and you are authorized to act
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

9. User Conduct and Community Standards

9.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use ASTRID only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

9.2 Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the restrictions in Section 6, you agree not to:
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others
  • Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Collect or harvest user information without consent
  • Use the Services to promote illegal activities
  • Violate any applicable export control or sanctions laws

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
NO INDIRECT DAMAGES: We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
LIABILITY CAP: Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of: (a) One Thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000.00); or (b) the amounts you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
NO LIABILITY FOR:
  • Harm resulting from delayed medical care or reliance on ASTRID information
  • AI-generated errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate responses
  • Third-party content, services, or technology
  • Unauthorized access despite reasonable security measures
  • Changes to AI models or service functionality
  • Your violation of these Terms, including geographic restrictions
  • Actions taken by government authorities related to your use of the Services

10.3 Jurisdictional Variations

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Regional Specific Provisions:
European Union: Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under EU law.
United Kingdom: Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Australia: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms purports to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties, and undertakings implied by the ACL.
India: Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
South Africa: Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African law.

10.4 Essential Purpose

You acknowledge that the limitations in this Section 10 reflect a reasonable allocation of risk and are a fundamental basis of the bargain between you and us.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AstroDoc, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
  1. Your violation of these Terms
  2. Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including sanctions laws
  3. Your Content or your use of the Services
  4. Your violation of any third-party rights
  5. Any harm resulting from your failure to seek appropriate medical care
  6. Your sharing of ASTRID information with others
  7. Your misrepresentation of your age, identity, or location
  8. Your access to the Services from a prohibited jurisdiction
If you are obligated to indemnify us, we may, at our option, control any action or proceeding and determine whether to settle.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

12.1 Important Notice

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

12.2 Informal Resolution First

Before initiating formal proceedings, you and we agree to attempt informal resolution. Send a written Notice of Dispute to:

The Notice must include: (a) your name and contact information; (b) description of the dispute; (c) the relief you seek. We will send notices to your registered email. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for 30 days.

12.3 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration, except as specified in Section 12.5.
Arbitration Terms:
  • Governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.)
  • Administered by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules
  • Conducted by a single neutral arbitrator
  • Held in Las Vegas, Nevada, or another mutually agreed location (or by videoconference)
  • Conducted in English
Costs: We will pay filing, administration, and arbitrator fees for claims under $10,000, unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous. Each party bears its own attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator awards them to the prevailing party.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND WE EACH AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.
Neither party may:
  • Participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding
  • Consolidate claims with those of other individuals
  • Have an arbitrator preside over any representative or class proceeding
If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement shall be void for that proceeding, which must proceed in court.

12.5 Exceptions to Arbitration

The following are NOT subject to arbitration:
  • Claims within small claims court jurisdiction (brought individually)
  • Actions seeking injunctive relief to protect intellectual property
  • Claims that applicable law prohibits from arbitration

12.6 Jury Trial Waiver

IF FOR ANY REASON A CLAIM PROCEEDS IN COURT, YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

12.7 Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first using the Services by sending written notice to:

Include your name, email address associated with your account, and clear statement that you opt out. If you opt out, we also will not be bound by the arbitration provisions. Opting out does not affect other provisions of these Terms.

12.8 Mass Arbitration Provisions

If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed, JAMS Mass Arbitration Procedures shall apply. Claims may be grouped into batches of no more than 50 for bellwether proceedings. Outcomes of bellwether arbitrations may inform resolution of remaining claims.

12.9 Regional Dispute Resolution Provisions

European Union: If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings before the courts of your member state of residence and may have the right to invoke mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
United Kingdom: If you are a consumer in the UK, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
Australia: Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law to bring proceedings in Australian courts.

13. Regional Compliance

13.1 United States

FDA Status: ASTRID is NOT a medical device as defined by the FDA. It is a general wellness and health information product that does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
State-Specific Restrictions:
Illinois and Nevada: Due to state regulations, ASTRID cannot provide information regarding mental, emotional, or behavioral health concerns for residents of these states. Users with such concerns must consult licensed mental health professionals.
Washington State: We comply with the Washington My Health My Data Act, including separate consent requirements for consumer health data collection and sharing.
California: California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA as detailed in our Privacy Policy, including the right to opt out of the sharing of personal information.

13.2 European Union

For EU users, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the EU AI Act transparency requirements. You have specific rights regarding your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
ASTRID is classified as a limited-risk AI system under the EU AI Act. In compliance with Article 50 transparency obligations, we disclose that all ASTRID responses are AI-generated.

13.3 United Kingdom

For UK users, we comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. ASTRID does not replace NHS services or qualified UK healthcare providers.

13.4 Australia

Australian users should consult healthcare providers registered with AHPRA for medical advice. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles.

13.5 Canada

Canadian users should consult healthcare providers licensed by their provincial regulatory body. We comply with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws.

13.6 India

For Indian users, we comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA). You have specific rights as a Data Principal as described in our Privacy Policy. ASTRID does not replace qualified healthcare providers registered with applicable Indian medical councils.

13.7 United Arab Emirates

For UAE users, we comply with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and applicable health information regulations under Federal Law No. 2 of 2019. Users in DIFC and ADGM may be subject to additional data protection requirements.

13.8 South Africa

For South African users, we comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Health information is treated as special personal information with heightened protections. ASTRID does not replace qualified healthcare providers registered with the HPCSA.

13.9 Nigeria

For Nigerian users, we comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the General Application and Implementation Directive (GAID) 2025. ASTRID does not replace qualified healthcare providers.

13.10 Philippines

For Filipino users, we comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Health information is treated as sensitive personal information with heightened protections. ASTRID does not replace qualified healthcare providers licensed by the PRC.

13.11 Pakistan

For Pakistani users, we comply with applicable provisions of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA). Once the Personal Data Protection Bill 2023 is enacted, we will comply with its requirements. ASTRID does not replace qualified healthcare providers registered with the PMDC.

13.12 Other Jurisdictions

Users in all jurisdictions are responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws. We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in all locations. Access from prohibited jurisdictions is strictly forbidden.

14. Export Control and Sanctions Compliance

14.1 U.S. Export Controls

The Services may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer the Services or any related technical data to any country, entity, or person prohibited under U.S. export control laws.

14.2 Sanctions Compliance

You represent and warrant that:
  • You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions
  • You are not identified on any U.S. government restricted party list, including OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals List, the Commerce Department's Entity List, or the State Department's Debarred List
  • You will not use the Services in violation of any U.S. sanctions or export control laws

14.3 Reporting Violations

We reserve the right to report any suspected violations of U.S. export control or sanctions laws to the appropriate authorities.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your residence.

15.2 Venue

Subject to the arbitration provisions and regional dispute resolution provisions in Section 12, any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and AstroDoc regarding the Services.

15.4 Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining provisions will remain in full force.

15.5 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. No waiver is effective unless in writing and signed by us.

15.6 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without restriction.

15.7 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, cyberattacks, government actions, sanctions, or infrastructure failures.

15.8 Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@astrodoc.com or through account settings.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if:
  • You breach these Terms
  • You are located in or access the Services from a prohibited jurisdiction
  • You misrepresent your age, identity, or location
  • You engage in harmful conduct
  • We are required to do so by law or government order
  • We determine, in our sole discretion, that continued provision of Services to you poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk
Effects: Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7.2, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15) will continue in effect.

  3. You are not located in, and are not a resident or national of, any sanctioned country or prohibited jurisdiction
  4. You are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties
  5. You understand ASTRID is an AI system that may produce inaccurate information
  6. You will NOT use ASTRID for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment decisions
  7. You will verify ALL information with qualified healthcare providers
  8. You will NOT use ASTRID for emergencies or prohibited situations
  9. You understand and accept the arbitration agreement and class action waiver (or have timely opted out)
  10. You meet the eligibility requirements
  11. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
